A.L. Baucom Family Farms is a large, innovative row crop farm operation based in Monroe, NC with a history tracing back to 1901. We are currently seeking full-time field hands and equipment operators to help fulfill our mission of “Producing quality agricultural products efficiently, using industry-leading technology and mutually beneficial relationships.
EMPLOYEE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Efficient operation of various types of farm and construction equipment
· Safe operation of equipment and company vehicles
· Reporting to work on-time everyday
· Ability to pass random drug test
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
· Familiar with Agriculture technology
· Experience with John Deere Equipment
· Driver’s License with clean record
WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS SOME OR ALL OF THESE QUALITIES:
· Class A CDL or Classification A License
· Computer skills and/or familiarity with precision ag equipment
· Familiarity with late model John Deere combines, tractors, planters
· Ability to work on trucks, trailers, and farm equipment of all sizes
· Ability to work alone and in a team setting
